No, the Mastery Course is only available once the trader meets the minimum requirement of owning an active 100k funded account.

Alternatively, the trader may have multiple active funded accounts which the total purchase value adds up to the minimum requirement of 100k. (If a trader was to purchase two 50k funded accounts and have both activated simultaneously, they would obtain access to the Mastery Course)
