The max overall drawdown limit for the UWM Competitions is based on your initial balance and is 10% of that value.
For example, if you have an initial balance of $200,000.00, your max overall drawdown limit would be $20,000.00. Meaning that your account's equity would not be allowed to go below $180,000.00.
A simple way to calculate the daily drawdown is:
Initial Balance X 0.10 = Drawdown Limit
Initial Balance - (Initial Balance X 0.10) = Drawdown Equity Limit
Note that exceeding the max overall drawdown limit will result in the automatic disqualification of your account.
